Listings and Sales for October 2026
The number of homes for sale seems fairly constant month to month now. As some homes get sales agreed, more come on the market to replace them. A few are just staying on the market, perhaps until a price reduction makes them obviously great value so they get snapped up, or maybe the sellers just decide not to sell. Homes that are priced right from the start are still selling fastest though. Average time on market has increased over the past couple of months, yet those homes that show well and are priced aggressively, are selling quickly. Shaded areas above indicate home sold above final list price. There are always buyers out there in our area and nice homes that are priced in line with today’s sale prices are getting sales agreed.
